They want as many people to take part as possible.  Shoot a video of yourself doing something interesting/funny/sexy/whatever with Ice Cream. They’re going to put all the entries together and feature them in the video. If live in Holland you’ll be able to see the video on TMF(like Dutch MTV) or you’ll be able to catch it on Youtube. Please make it short and interesting.
